We are Ross and Ashley, and we are dedicated to changing the way you see food. This is why we created The Bluffs, a 473-acre farm nestled along the Sauk River in the heart of central MN. We raise 100% grass-fed Scottish Highland beef, pasture-raised pork, lamb, chicken, & turkey.
